What we collect我们收集什么

Through the snapshot form: your name, company, role, email, WeChat ID, phone, product details, the files and links you send, the country your request came from and the time it arrived. Why we use it使用目的

Where it goes数据流向

The form is delivered by email to our team through Cloudflare, our hosting provider. How long we keep it保存期限

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to hello@norvoya.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.您可发送邮件至 hello@norvoya.com，要求查阅、更正或删除您的信息，我们将在30天内答复。如不满意，您可联系加拿大隐私专员办公室。

Confidentiality保密
