How we work

AI agents do the volume. Engineers own the result.

Agents run the checks every day and draft the paperwork. Engineers confirm findings, write the fixes and sign the reports. Tests come first, so every agent change can be checked.

How we work

AI agents do the volume. Engineers own the result.

  1. The agent finds

Scans run every day inside the scope you signed.

  2. An engineer confirms

An engineer checks every finding before it reaches you. Each gets a severity and an owner.

  3. An engineer fixes

The fix lands as a pull request in your repository. You review and sign.

  4. The agent retests

The same check runs again. Fixed means the check passes.

  5. The record is dated

Test, fix and retest go into your evidence file and the buyer link.

How we work, in detail

Rules we keep

  • Tests before agents

An agent works only where a test can check its result.

  • Your repository, your keys

Fixes arrive as pull requests. You review, sign and release.

  • Written scope

We test only what you own and list in a signed scope letter.

  • A person signs

Every report carries the name of the engineer accountable for it, shared with you.

We build on proven open-source scanners and wrap them in our own agents: exposure, component, firmware, mobile app and cloud checks. The value is not the scanner; it is the daily run, the engineer who confirms, the fix and the record.

Specialists on your project

Each project gets the specialists it needs from our engineering partner's 250+ engineers. Roles, not names: you meet the people on your project. Examples of who joins and what they do:

  • 250+engineers on our engineering partner's teams
  • 25years in business, since 2001
  • 150+client companies served
  • 2delivery countries: Canada and Mexico
  • Security engineer

On a robot or charger: runs the authorized test, confirms what the agents found, signs the report.

  • Embedded and firmware engineer

On a device fleet: fixes the flaw in the firmware, rebuilds it and prepares the update you sign.

  • Backend and cloud engineer

On a connected product: closes the exposed API, fixes cloud settings, moves data to Canada or the US.

  • Web and front-end developer

On a device's companion web app or a buyer portal: fixes the front end and keeps it fast on phones.

  • QA and test automation engineer

On every project: writes the tests first, so every change an agent makes can be checked.

  • DevOps and site reliability engineer

On monthly plans: runs backups, restore tests, release pipelines and monitoring.

  • AI and data engineer

Behind the portal: builds and tunes the agents that watch, test and draft.

  • Compliance analyst and project lead

On a buyer review: answers the questionnaire from evidence and owns the plan and the dates.

What we commit to

  • Written scope before work starts.
  • Every deliverable dated and kept in your evidence file.
  • Vulnerability reports acknowledged within one business day; on Respond and Secure, received 24/7 with an engineer on call.
  • A first answer to any request within one business day, Vancouver time.
  • A named lead you can escalate to.

You own your product and its security. We own the work we deliver, in writing. No one can promise a site or product will never be hacked. Doing nothing is far riskier. We shorten the time you stay exposed, and we keep the record.

Tell us what you run, and what keeps you up at night.

Write in your language or in English. We reply within one business day with first questions and a time to talk; calls in English, by appointment.
