Find, fix and prove security for every product line.

For makers and distributors of devices, robots, chargers, medical and industrial equipment sold in the US, Canada and Mexico. Agents test every day, engineers fix in your code, and you hand buyers the proof.

Why now

Since September 11, 2026, makers selling in the EU must give an early warning within 24 hours of an actively exploited flaw, a notification at 72 hours and a final report 14 days after the fix. Fines go up to EUR 15 million or 2.5% of worldwide turnover. Source: Goodwin, Sep 2026

Fix credits on connected products: one credit is one small fix, up to about 30 minutes of engineer time on firmware, app or cloud code. An agent drafts it, an engineer approves it, and it reaches you as a pull request you sign. Credits come every month and roll over for two months. Bigger fixes are quoted first. Not sure what you need first? The free exposure review tells you, with a fixed price, before you sign anything.

Readiness audit, from US$3,900: what is in it

What it covers

  • One product line: the companion app, the cloud and update services you list, and one firmware image you supply.
  • Firmware image: a parts list (SBOM), known flaws in those parts, secrets left in the code, and how updates are signed.
  • Data flows: where product data goes, which countries, and who can reach it.

What you provide

  • The firmware image and the app build, a short note on how the product connects, a signed scope letter and one technical contact.
  • No firmware image? The audit covers the app and cloud, at the same price.

What you get

  • A dated report: every finding confirmed by an engineer, with severity and the fix.
  • The three fixes that matter most, with prices.
  • A one-page summary you can show a buyer.
  • One retest of the fixed items within 60 days.

Not included

  • Opening the device, radio or physical testing, and accredited lab tests: quoted separately, lab fees at cost.
  • Fixing the findings: inside a plan or quoted first. Legal opinions come from counsel.

Timing and credit

  • About two weeks after we have the inputs.
  • Start a plan within 90 days of the report and the full audit price is credited to your plan fees.

How we work

AI agents do the volume. Engineers own the result.

  1. The agent finds

Scans run every day inside the scope you signed.

  2. An engineer confirms

An engineer checks every finding before it reaches you. Each gets a severity and an owner.

  3. An engineer fixes

The fix lands as a pull request in your repository. You review and sign.

  4. The agent retests

The same check runs again. Fixed means the check passes.

  5. The record is dated

Test, fix and retest go into your evidence file and the buyer link.

How we work, in detail

What we commit to

  • Written scope before work starts.
  • Every deliverable dated and kept in your evidence file.
  • Vulnerability reports acknowledged within one business day; on Respond and Secure, received 24/7 with an engineer on call.
  • A first answer to any request within one business day, Vancouver time.
  • A named lead you can escalate to.

You own your product and its security. We own the work we deliver, in writing. No one can promise a site or product will never be hacked. Doing nothing is far riskier. We shorten the time you stay exposed, and we keep the record.

Tell us what you run, and what keeps you up at night.

Write in your language or in English. We reply within one business day with first questions and a time to talk; calls in English, by appointment.
